The promotion of early-career researchers is a central priority for the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law as a whole, and for FAU. The faculty’s innovative strength is fundamentally driven by the quality and potential of its young researchers. Therefore, excellent doctoral candidates, postdocs, and habilitation candidates in the economic and social sciences, as well as in law, receive targeted support throughout their entire career paths—from the doctorate, through the postdoc phase, to habilitation.
Excellent early-career researchers are the most vital asset of a research-intensive university. Currently, more than 250 early-career researchers are working in the field of economic and social sciences alone.
