Research excellence is part of our tradition
The Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law contributes to FAU’s research profile through its research and centers which are a part of the Major Research Area ‘Cohesion – Transformation – Innovation’.
Combining expertise in business administration, economics and social sciences, the School of Business and Economics conducts research in nine key areas: labor market and workplace studies, economic policy, valuation, taxation, marketing, globalization, management, business education, and information systems. The School is one of the national leaders in its field in terms of the number of publications and amount of third-party funding.
The degree programs at the School of Business and Economics are academically challenging but also have a significant practical element, preparing students for successful careers in industry and research.
